CRAFT ICE
Clear ice is a transparent ice cube that is frozen from the base of the freezing unit. While running our pumps through the freezing process it allows all the sediment to rise to the top of the tank where it’s discarded during the harvesting process. Clear ice also dilutes 3 times slower than typical ice and allows the consumer to have a perfectly chilled cocktail without the water dilution of the spirit.

The Process
First, we fill our 50-gallon freezer tanks with limestone-filtered water. Then, our three-day freezing process begins, allowing all the sediments to rise to the top of the tank, where they will be discarded to ensure the highest-quality ice possible.
After our block has reached our expectations we begin the harvesting process. This is where cci can accommodate any personal size to meet your glassware.
After the refereeing process ( to ensure the integrity of the cube) we analyze every cube before it’s packaged and delivered. To ensure the customer only receives a perfectly clear ice cube.
